Weird Octavia behaviour!

Featured Replies

Got back from work earlier on and locked the car up fine, literally have just let my dog out and put the recycling stuff in the bin at the end of my garden and I heard the cooling fans are permanently on constantly, just been for a short drive round the block got back locked up fine and two mins after locking it up, sure enough the cooling fans are back on.

I'm going to have to take the battery terminal off. Any advice or help Iv got the car booked in for an mot too tomorrow afternoon as well.

My car is a 1.6 CR TDI also :(

Mine did this when the coolant temp sensor failed
