I bought a car from them in September. I figure there's not too much involved in providing me a car. However, if the 10k and yearly service go well, then perhaps...

No Xmas card for me, but at the price I paid for mine, I was lucky to get it washed, vacced and polished

Yup, west end garage in Broxburn get full marks for the Christmas card sending.

It got to the point that I was expecting an invite to the dealer's Staff Xmas Party cos I was there that much!

I got a card off Savilles Garage by Kidderminster this year but i don't remember getting one last year.

I got one last year but haven't got one this year, during the course of the year also sent out a rotten-smelling air freshener that made my gf sick and a new vrs brochure that made me sick (with envy)!
