My car has only front speakers and no wires extended to rear speakers.I need to pass wires from CD player in the front to speakers in the rear.I bought the speakers and I know how to fix it to the rear slots but my Question is how to route the rear speakers wires through the car to the CD player? How to hide it and where to pass it?

I would run them down either drivers or passengers side trim where the carpet meets the plastic. Should be quite easy to tuck it under with out having to remove any panels.
