Got a new car on the way so put this up on ebay last night.

Looking for £1500, bought from here on Briskoda about 8 1/2 years ago.

The car has black metallic paint and comes with the 1.8T petrol engine and has a manual gearbox.

It's been a fantastic car over the past 8 or so years but the time has come to buy something else, it's been used very sparingly for the past couple of years and has only done about 7,000 in the past 3 years,

The car is unmodified, original wheels, stance etc, even the lovely Skoda Symphony tape deck and 6 CD changer.

Comes with black carpets, rear parking sensors (working perfectly) and cruise control (see niggles below).

Age and Mileage
The car was first registered in September 2003 and was bought by myself in September 2007. The current mileage as of 10/04/2016 is 101,913.

MOT
Just gone through it's MOT so has a full 12 months and is covered until 12th April 2017. Only advisories are rear disks being worn.

Service History
09/2004 12,419
04/2005 22,161
06/2008 44,804
09/2009 60,477
10/2011 83,362
02/2013 94,471
10/2014 98,584

Service is due and I would recommended doing the belts/pump at the same time as it was last done a little after I took ownership. I've tried to take the cost of that into the sale price.

Paintwork
Overall pretty darn good I'd say for the age, one little car park mark on the drivers side door. The front passenger side bumper (just under the light) does look like a paint repair was done previously to me owning it and looks like maybe the lacquer has come away.

Interior
Very good condition overall, the padding on the drivers seat entry side is worn but the leather on all of the seats is in good condition. The white part is a little grey these days so just needs a scrub up. The car has been used to transport one child occasionally so there is evidence of that in the shape of the foam in the back where the ISOFIX hooks in. Non-smoking and non-pet household.

Wheels
Again very good I'd say, a couple of very minor kerb marks but nothing major. 4 x Continental ContactSport tyres with plenty of tread.

Boot
Includes a rather sexy boot net.

Receipts
I'm one of those people that tried to keep the receipts for everything so there is a stack of receipts from the time I got the car showing services, MOTs, work carried out etc.

Niggles
No 12-13 year old car would be complete without a few minor bits and bobs, I've tried to be as open and honest about these rather than trying to hide them from a potential buyer. It's what I'd appreciate from a seller so I hope it helps rather than scaring people off.

- Cruise control doesn't work. Never really bothered to look into it as car is barely used these days past a short commute.
- CD changer is a bit temperamental. I just use the radio but I'll chuck in a JVC head unit that I had from a different car if that helps!
