With new ones at about 12k , a two year old car for private sale at 8.5k would sound about right

not too bad then really 8.5

I'm thinking about selling/part ex-ing mine for a new one.

54,000 miles (everything works as any probs, it's straight to the dealer, no messing!!)

In Silver

I'm after a new Fabia vRS in Silver, with cruise control, heated seats, rear head restraint, air bag de-ac switch.

I guess I should sell privately then email all the dealers and see just what sort of deal I can get.

Any ideas anyone??

To get the deal on my missus' Fab Sport I tried 4 different dealers to get the deal. So there is no harm in playing them off against eachother.

Matt - I can give you the phone number of my guy at the new Colchester Skoda dealer, see what he can do for you...
