I have a Vrs TDI PD its just started giving me misfire when I floor it.I've also removed *** filter and have not mapped the sensor out or egr valve.is this the problem or could it be injector issue?

Could be crap on the injectors or a dirty egr valve, have you used a diesel additives before? Got any fault codes?

Had the dpf mapped out and egr but misfire still there.apart from that the engines running sweet.should I run diesel cleaner through it.?

I'd try redex and see what happens. I normally get a big bottle from Halfords.

When was the fuel filter last changed?

I had injector seals go on my pd engined Leon that caused a misfire

I had it mapped by viesu the misfire ain't there at moment.the map is smooth good power all the way through revs.
