THIS IS A KIT CAR[OBVIOUSLY!!] THAT I MADE USING MY OLD 1988 RAPID THAT I OWNED FOR NEARLY 15 YEARS. THE CAR BECOME TOO RUSTY TO KEEP PATCHING UP, SO RATHER THAN SCRAP THE LOT I MADE USE OF THE GOOD BITS TO MAKE THIS FUN MACHINE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE RARITY OF REAR ENGINE SKODAS I WOULD NEVER CONDONE DOING THIS WITH ONE THAT COULD BE RESTORED.

FUN AS THIS CAR MAYBE, I WOULD ALWAYS PREFER TO SEE A RESTORED "PROPER" SKODA.

I really like that! I assume that it is road legal? If so, where do you display the tax disc.

Yeah it's fully road legal, in fact I've done over 2000 miles in it since June when I finished making it. It was featured in "Which Kit Car magazine. [October 2005edition]. The tax disc holder is a motorbike one,and is mounted inside the car on the passengers side with the screws that hold the little indicator side repeater.
