I have a 2002 oct estate elegance, the drivers seat has a wiring loom under the height adjuster, but i dont have any switches,there is a blank switch plate above that stereo,

 

Does anyone know if the sysem is set up just missing the switch?

How can i check it out?

The wiring is for the seat airbag (and seat belt bong).
