CASSIOPEIA wheels fit vRS ?

Featured Replies

Cassiopeia are Skoda wheels.

I like the look of these, according to an online offset /size calculator they protrude 13mm out over stock and have 1mm more inner clearance.

I believe that's no problem at the rear, front being the area that might be questionable ?

They are 18's same as OEM, but does anyone know if they will clear the brake disks/calipers ?

Should be fine in terms of poke- 13mm isn't much tbh. Brake calliper sorry don't know but I'd guess it would be OK given its designed for the superb which has similar brake setups?

I dont know the wheels you are talking about but I'm sure an 18" Wheel will fit the brake calipers.

Many people are running 17" wheels on the vRS and they fit (just...)

They look good

Still unsure if they would clear the brakes, it not just the diameter, which should be fine in theory, but the shape and/or thickness of the spokes.

unfortunately the only way to be sure is to try them.

on the mk2, where folks fitted the 340mm (s3 type) front brakes they fitted fine under a Zenith (early wheel) but would not fit under a Neptune (Facelift/late mk2 wheel) both were 18 and same ET, it was just down to the shape of the inside of the spoke.
