I ordered mine yesterday and picked them up this morning. A quick visual check in daylight suggests that they are noticeably brighter and whiter than the OE bulbs fitted in the factory. I'll have a better idea after a short run over some unlit roads tonight at 10.00PM.

 

For anyone that is thinking of changing their headlight bulbs on the Citigo, the connector on the back of the bulb is very hard to remove and you will probably need a short T10 Torx screwdriver or screwdriver bit to loosen the bulb retaining clamp. I used a large flat bladed screwdriver to carefully prise the connector off the bulb base but only after I had released the clamp and removed the bulb from the back of the headlight.
