hello! i need help with a fabia 2, 2008, 1.4 tdi, 80bhp. the problem is when the wipers and washers are used, the car goes in limp mode, 1100 rpm no rev. the voltage at accelerator pedal is between 5 and 8 v. error in vcds is 18047. any help is appreciated, thks.

i know about solutions and all things on ross-tech...my dilemma is why the limp mode starts only when washer and wipers are used? could be onboard power supply control unit (J519) fried, or ecu? all wires are in good condition.somewhere is a short but i don,t know where :(, or maybe a module is fried :(. car was right hand drive now is left.
