If you undo the 2 bolts that clamp the bush to either side if the anti roll bar, can you rotate it?

I was goimg to say yeah, once its disconnectes from the drop liks, but i seem to recall the connection set up i different on the vrs to the diesels...

Yes, but you should be able to rotate it anyway.
