Featured Replies

Hellooo,

There is a problem with engine shacking on idle when the engine is cold. when it is on 90 C i dont have the engine is not vibrate, there is one more problem, during driving in the 1500 rpm in any gear the engine is ( i only can discribe that like ) chocking, and in that moment of chocking the rpm is going up and down...

there is a link from yt for engine shacking

Wow... That's exactly t'he same problem I've got on a 2011 1.6 tdi dsg Octavia with 70K miles.

Let's add regards from Barcelona and that my problem is still unsolved :(

I changed injection installation, i have some changes, shacking is resuced, but it stil persist. i will change all 4 injections.

Finally my problem was that Musculus, after finding a real workshop that knows what a car is about, not just computer cable pluggers as most of the workshops are nowadays, they told exactly that.

They calibrated the injection, added some kind of diesel additive and worth it, but the mechanic there told me really clear that injectors in the 1.6 diesel engine are tremendously delicate and that dead was flying around mines... so I decided to deliver to the shop when buying my new vRS.

my previos golf mk6 1.6tdi had the same problem, I've changed all injectors, was better but still not normal idling vibration
