Has anyone done anything different with the instrument panel bulbs/needles? Not looking to change them to digital or anything flashy, just some different illumination ideas. Have seen some later VAG cars with for example blue needles, rather than red.

how good are your soldering skills?, as the colour of the dash is dictated by leds on the dash panel.

I can solder, but if it's a lot of faffing around, rather than a plug and play solution then I will leave them alone

Best bloke to talk to is Dark Hero on here, hes done a few, but I think he still wears the scars.
