Boot dish

Featured Replies

I bought the rear tunnel mat. It's ok, but I think the side flaps should be a bit longer so they go further under the rubber mats to hold it in place.

I have both. The tunnel cover is good for muddy footed kids in the back of the car. The boot dish/mat is more plastic than rubber so doesn't flex as much as you'd expect. Some plastic mats are pretty flexible and compliant like rubber but this one isn't.

Also, if you have the variable boot floor set to the lowest level, the front of the mat has to bend up due to the mechanism, this causes it to crease a little at the sides.

It's not 100%, more like 85% overall but it will contain any modest spillages in the boot. I have it primarily to guard against potential vacuum pump oil leaks.

If spillages aren't a concern, consider the reversible boot mat. http://www.superskoda.com/Skoda/SUPERB-III/Superb-III-Combi-original-Skoda-DOUBLE-SIDED-cargo-boot-mat

It cleans up pretty well too, but it shows up scrapes and damage easily.
