STS Box help

Arrived to day but it's saying calibration not found,after a search on here i found a post saying if it's bosch med 17 sts cant read it.Mine is bosch med 17!

called shark and they said to plug the box into my computer and send a support request but ive plugged the box into 2 pcs and a laptop but noting happens.The drivers install but nothing after that.

any ideas?
