Front anti pinch fault

Featured Replies

Does anyone elses front windows hit and then go halfway back down? I had mine in at skoda for it and they "fixed" it for all of 24 hours and now it's doing the same thing so will be back to skoda again. Just want to see if this is going to be ongoing or if someone can suggest a permanent fix?

My wife's Mazda 3 does this from time to time.  Bit of silicon spray in the window seal around the door frame fixes it for a few months at a time.

Gaz

As above lubricate the channels and reset the pinch torque value by holding the window switch up (when the window is already up) until you hear a click from the motor.
