Have you checked if its the alternator?

Then alternator may not be functioning as intended and not supplying enough electrical power resulting in rough idle.

You can get this tested at a local mechanics.

The alternator is changing its way of working, when the engine temperature reaches 90 degrees? Does it work in different manner when the engine is cold and when is hot?
