HELP! Rear middle seat belt is locked

Just failed an MOT on my middle rear seat belt as its locked on for some reason.

I suspect the tensioner has jammed.

Does anyone know a fix or a guide on how to take the middle seat belt mech out to fix?

Make sure the seat is locked in the upright position if this still does not sort it try unbolting from floor and relese the tension
