Cruise Control - 2011 (1.2TSI SE) - Part Numbers?

Featured Replies

Hello,

This is my first post so I'd like to start off thanking this community for being such an invaluable resource to new owners such as myself!

Now down to business - I've had my system scanned via VCDS and I know that CC is supported, however I've seen quite a lot of conflicting info regarding the part number for cars manufactured after 2010...

Does anyone know the part number for the combined cruise control stalks (i.e. one unit incl. left & right stalks)?

I known the single CC stalk is 1K0953513G but obviously don't think this would be the right option for me...

Thanks all in advance

The part number for the combined cruise control stalks retrofitted to my 2010 FL Octavia II 1.8TSI with MFD was 5K0 953 502N. The existing electronic module for steering column PN 5K0 953 569C was a midline variant and did not need replacing.

Might be worth adding an autoscan so we can see what the car is made of.

My '61 plate (MY12) had factory fitted cruise control and a MFSW with the following controller:

Address 16: Steering wheel (J527) Labels: 5K0-953-569.clb
   Part No SW: 5K0 953 521 BN HW: 5K0 953 569 E
   Component: LENKS.MODUL 014 0140

That's great thanks - currently looking at 2nd hand parts but can only find the early 'M' variant - unsure whether this previous variant will serve the purpose?

Unfortunately it was a fellow Briskodian's VCDS so can't scan myself but I know for sure that it is is a midline controller. I don't have MSFW but I do have the MFD with trip (not Maxidot)

Assuming it's a genuine version of VCDS running a current version of the software, it should automatically have saved the autoscan.

If so, whoever did the scan should be able to send you a copy or even post it themselves :)
