State of charge.

Featured Replies

My Mk 3 SE L 2.0TDi DSG shows a state of charge after pressing the distance re set button for a short while. This state of charge always shows - - %.

Is there something I need to enable to make it give a reading?

No it should display the SOC% without anything being enabled. Sounds like a faulty SOC module. Best visit a dealer and have it checked.

Mine is the same, and there have been a few similar reports. I think someone suggested that it didn't work straight away on new cars.

So it may kick in after a few (?) miles. :wonder:

That is the largest signature I have ever seen  :D

I think I've solved it.

The forum instructions on signatures is cr@p but john999boy has provided invaluable help and now it's more like what I was trying to achieve in the first place.  - I just hope it meets forum standards.

Would you believe - making a Word document to look how I wanted the signature  - save - screenshot of this - crop in a photo editor (Serif PhotoPlusX8) if you're interested  - save - then upload to Photobucket - copy image code - open Briskoda to my profile and edit signature - pray. Two hours of my life I will never get back.

Now back to the SOC!
