Combi 3 boot liners ?

Featured Replies

I apologise as I know that this has already been mentioned in another thread. I took delivery of my Superb 3 Combi yesterday and am delighted. To keep it in pristine condition though I need to get a full boot liner as we have a very fluffy white Samoyed dog who sheds hair everywhere. The only ones I can find for the new estate version are just the trays or generic fits. Can anyone recommend a full boot liner, preferably with split seat and bumper protection. The wipe clean plastic would be great as we  sometimes throw wet gear in as well.

I've heard good things about this: http://www.superskoda.com/Skoda/SUPERB-III/Superb-III-Combi-flip-folding-boot-mat-textile-rubber-original-Skoda-Autoas

They do a different one if you have the variable boot floor too. One side is rubber so easy clean, but not a tray so no side lips. I understand it also has a fold out flap for for the boot opening.

I've seen them but ideally I was looking for something that will protect the sides of the boot and the backs of the seats as well, something similar to this;

Ah gotcha. Sorry misunderstood what you meant.

Not a problem, they were exactly what I was looking for until I found the high sided image. Doesn't seem to be any available yet so it may be back to plan A in your link.

I have had liners from www.hatchbag.co.uk in both my old Mondeo estate and my S2 Superb combi. They are  custom made to fit, and with both cars the boots were like new after 3/4 years, even having been hammered by 3 wet muddy Springer Spaniels.

They may not have a S3 yet, but if you contact them they may be able to sort something out.

I think I've just discovered that the dealer sold me the wrong boot liner ..... Last weekend dropped the floor for the first time and the liner didn't fit properly.... Can someone post pics of the liner for the variable boot on estate and how it works with the floor lowered ....

 Funnily enough I actually emailed them last night as their other liners looked good. It appears as though my timing is just about right, here's their response this morning;

"Thank you for your email and interest in The Hatchbag Company.

Our design team are literally on the last phase of completing a pattern for the Skoda Superb Estate 2015 onwards and it should be going online next week at the latest. So, I will add you to our database and as soon as it has become available we will be in touch."

We have an Old English Shedding Machine (sorry Sheepdog) and even with a full boot liner on our Octy 3 I had to spend hours every couple of weeks collecting hairs from all over the car so when we got the Superb 3 I decided to take a different approach to the problem. We got a DogBag (it's like a self erecting tent which sits in the boot) from The Roof Box Company (RBC), the OES travels in there and she loves it.  I think that she feels that it is her little cave, when we travel she jumps in eagerly and whilst travelling she sleeps/lays down just about the entire journey.  We used our car as one of the limos at a funeral last week so I had to make sure that the inside was immaculate, in a deep clean of the boot (first one in four months) I retrieved five that's figure 5 hairs.  For people with shedding dogs this is an incredible item, I think that I'll point out this advantage to the RBC.
