For some of you stats folk, I thought I'd do a stats summary of 2005. This is from January 1st 2005 to January 1st 2006.

My guess would be that it's mostly MS Windows users who are somehow 'hiding' their identity. (probably some sort of 'security' software)

If you look at the line above, Windows = 58.83%; add in the unknown 38.86% & you get 97.69% which is about the installed user base for MS Windows on PC's.

I thought the browser stats were interesting too, with IE only getting 40-80%. Maybe Skoda owners think outside the box a bit more than average?

Hi Colin

The increasing membership and massive number of views is a huge compliment to you and your team and my congrats also :)

Re monthly membership, post and thread counts, it's interesting how consistent these are - I'd have expected a seasonal variation (lower in midsummer). Do you have a statistic for access from laptops in the garden? ;)

Your advertisers should be very happy; members and viewers clearly are :thumbup:
