Anyone knows what these OBD test codes means ?! CID:$01, CID:$06, CID:$08

Hi, I get these fails on ODB test. Can anyone tell which part/parts are failing ?

I know CID:$01 means Component Identificationn number 01, but which Component actually?

Forgot to mention, Modell: Skoda Octavia 2002, 1U5, 1.6 petrol

The car can't start, the starter seems ok and goes round. The coolant sensor and spark plugs are ok. Any ideas?

Does the rev counter move when cranking?
