I'd say R-tech personally.

Have a look in the Fabia section for suggestions related to tdi tuning, lots in there, think a thread was started recently

although I have no personal experience, I've yet to hear a bad word about r-tech

Since we're talking about a diesel, I'd stick with Darkside. RS I'd say R-tech every time.
