hi guys hoping u can help i have just got myself some 18 inch 3sdm 0.01 alloys they are 18 inch 5x100 8.5j i am currently running 18 inch wheels with 225 40 18s on but are 7.5j i was wondering does anybody no if my tyres will fit the new rims does anybody no if there are any issues fitting 8.5j to there octavia vrs mk 1 i no ppl have done it on here before but was wondering if they had to use spacers etc any help would be much appreciated

the 225's should fit on the 8.5J rims a lot better than on the 7.5J rims

I had to run 5mm spacers up front on my 0.01s

Et35 / 8.5x18

I run 215/40/18 on the front

And front arches are rolled

Hi Lloyd55vrs - not sure but those back wheels look to be outside the arches a bit - coppers could have a field day if they pulled you over for that I think  :peek:

Rims poke but the tyre tread is in the under arch loop hole ish
