It's not spam - as I signed up to my local Police force for crimes in my locality.

So that snapshot is an official email from the Police.

A friend of mine Hired a Passat a few years back and it had a similar item over the satnav and asked the desk why he couldn't use the radio he was told he hadn't selected the extra sat nav option when booking so it was covered up
