Free Skoda Accident Insurance for 3 Years

Featured Replies

I found a link for free accident damage insurance cover on a VW site. Their cover is limited to £2500 which isn't a lot and it only works with an existing fully comp. policy, but it's free for 3 years and guarantees work done in an approved VW shop. Curiously I did a search for Skoda and came up with the same deal on the Skoda site. So I guess it is there for Porche, Audi, Seat etc as well if you search.

I can't immediately see their motives, but these might be data mining for email addresses, car ownership details (ready for the big payout!!) or they just want to push work towards their own body shops. After online signup you get a confirmation email and policy number.

Enjoy!

You "found a link"!

Are they trying to keep it a secret?.

Why aren't they actively promoting it?.

It's nothing more or less than a VAG accident management scheme. Directs you towards their repairers, using genuine parts and their hire cars.
