djduese, do you believe that a person that have bought an original cable has paid the knowledge of people alien to rosstech? Do you receive any fee from rosstech? I think that the answer is no, for you and a lot of people, so nobody has paid for it. Correct me if I made a mistake.

Do not be angry, I approve your decision of don't give support, but I think that contrary to what you said: I have paid for this Service (Chinese service)

This is truth too: the rosstech owners have not paid for the knowledge of public forums.

 

Having said that, I will end the discussion about the procedence of the cable or the way to access to my car, this thread was not opened to discuss about the interface. It was opened to talk about this option on the car, option that everybody with every cable or without cable have in their car. The option provided by the car, not the interface (cable or software).

 

If we are going to continue discussing how I privately access to my car (something that has nothing to do with the thread's question), I'm going to retire, so this will not help me or anyone who wants to improve this aspect of his VAG car.

 

Maybe someone wants to continue discussing the topic of the thread... 

If not, I won't be angry with anyone, kindness above all: thank you everybody for all and see you soon on other threads.  

In germany, the official reseller have their own forums. Everybody with an original vcds can ask there questions. And nearly every question would be answered there by the technical worker and the community itself. And this is the Service, that i bought with my original vcds.
