Complete DPF from 2008 Octavia vRS

Featured Replies

This is a genuine VAG DPF taken off my 2008 Octavia vRS hatchback. I brought the car from new in Jun 2008 and had the DPF removed in Sep 2009 when the car had only covered 9300 miles. My car was one of the last with the PD engine before the new CR engine was produced in mid 2008. This has been stored in my garage roof for the last 7 years and now the car has been sold, it's no longer required.
Markings on the side of the DPF are:
J 2950183042
25.03.2008
Made in DE
VW-AG
EBP1270226
3C0131765E
3C0181EA
Open to offers but looking for around £225.
Forgot to mention, it will have to be collection only due to the size and weight of the DPF.
Thanks

Thanks Phil, I'll bear that in mind!

It is a genuine offer, although I know it's a lot less that you want.

HI Benjamino,

Why was it removed from your car ? and was it well wrapped sitting on top of your garage roof ?

Many thanks

I had the DPF removed as I had a Miltek DPF delete pipe fitted instead. There is nothing wrong with the original. It's been stored on a shelf in the garage with a bit of bubble wrap on it. It's still in great condition.
