suddenly while stopped at a signal i realise car won't chang gears to any gear.

i forcefully moved to 1 st and moved the car to service centre ,he says clutch could be the issue 

car gear works fine wen its switched off only wen its on it doesn't change gears .

once gear engages car moves perfect pedal seems fine and can drive around fine

please help

Sounds like the clutch is not clearing.

Put the car into 1st gear, then with your foot on the clutch start the engine. Does the car creep forward? How far does the clutch pedal come up before the car starts to move forward?

Says its burnt

Have to change everything
