I've been looking on eBay for a replacement indicator stalk for my '56 plate Octy VRS which will allow me to enable cruise control (via VCDS once its fitted.

I've come across stalks with the part number 1K0953513A however have also come across a variant ending with 'G' as well.

Can anyone confirm that both these options will work? Or do I have to be specific over which one I purchase.

I'm been made aware my car does not require the extra wire in order for cruise control to work.

 

Tried to search the forum however can't seem to find anything specific to what I need answering.
