Does anyone know if the Octavia Mk2 driver's seat has the same rail fittings as a Passat (either the B6 2005-2011 model or B7 2012-2015, they're basically the same)?

 

I find the seats in my 2012 Passat shockingly uncomfortable and the Laurin & Klement seat looks much better. I realise the electrics would be different but hopefully an auto electrician can rewire the seat...

 

If anyone fancies measuring the distance between the mounting bolts on their seat base that would be very much appreciated

should go straight in with wiring mods
