Applying Eurolites

Featured Replies

I wondered if anyone had a photo of what correctly-applied Eurolites look like on the front of an S3 with halogen lights?

Surprisingly there's no mention of any continental driving adjustment levers or the like in the handbook (or at least it wasn't obvious to me!)

If the setup is the same as previous Superb and Octavia models you can set the lights to a flat beam pattern by moving a shutter accessed through the back of the light unit, so no external beam modification needed at all. On the Xenons you just select tourist mode in the car setup menu, which is easier again. I don't think the manual never mentioned the adjustment levers for previous models either, so just because they're not mentioned doesn't mean they're not there.

Put them in the glovebox and leave them there incase you need them.  thats what i do and did last month... the glue on the eurlites and plastic lenses is not great when you remove them.

I just adjust them to the lowest level on the knurl wheel or on prevoius cars manually adjust the left hand headlight screw x for the horizontal aim x number of times clockwise to lower the beam.
