Great news.

A mate of mine has been told he's the first Skoda buyer at Dunfermline. He picks up his Octy Elegance tomorrow, an ex demonstrator from Chathams in Edinburgh, 2000 mls on the clock. Says it's the best car he's had a test drive in...another convert.

I went in for a look-see last week and to enquire about the 10K service which is due shortly for my Fabia VRS.

The sales staff were from the Edinburgh branch where I bought my car. They are a very helpful bunch which is good.

I will put a post in the dealer section when the service is done.

I ordered a Fabia vRS on Saturday, sales staff were great had a good laugh with them throughout the process. Looking forward to becoming a proper Briskoda member.

We ordered our Fab vRS from West End in Broxburn who were great, but it'll be so much easier just to nip along to Dunfermline for a service.

Might see if I can get a drive in an Octy vRS too.........

I'll be glad to go 7 miles to dunfermline rather than to edinburgh or dundee or perth or falkirk/grangemouth (can never remember which).

it been crap living miles away from a dealer.

seat garage and vw garages about 4 and 2 miles away but they can only provide a limited help.
