Thule roofbars and footpack 775

Featured Replies

Afternoon all.

Can anyone tell me if a set of thule roof bars, and the footpack 775 will fit a Yeti with a panoramic roof, and still allow the roof to open properly?

I'm trying to decide between those, and the genuine Skoda bars to mount a roofbox (or bag) on for a camping trip I've got coming up..

Cheers

I have the Thule Aerobars and 775 feet, but no sunroof. I just measured the clearance and with the bars mounted at the same point on the rails that the OEM ones would (ie by the fixing holes) there is ~65mm clearance at the lowest point (centre of the roof). This goes for both bars.

Hi, yes I have the Thule 775's and the 769 wingbars on a Yeti 2015 L&K (so has panoramic roof) - all works fine, tilt and slide both work fine with no fouling. I wouldn't recommend having the roof open over about 30mph though, even the wingbars still create noise.
