Wheel Fitment & Led conversion..VRS

Every time i get new wheels I always ask this question..

I'm looking at a set of 16" I know they fit over the brakes with ease as i've had 15's on before however I'm unsure of offset etc.

The wheels are as follows:

5x100 42ET. 16".

Also has anyone changed the green lights (around the mirror control, heating buttons, radio, window switches), from the green? I'm after white to match the clocks - or if anyone can recommend anyone that'd be a big help.
