Is the "kiss" that bad it needs a new bumper? If it's not that bad you could try one of these "smart repair" places that can fix minor bumps.

Failing that the above or your local skoda garage. I've seen a few VRS at scrappies to be breaked but not found one lately, it might be worth a shot!

As its a rear bumper its worth trawling the scrapyards as most cars are wirtten off at the front end. Hills Motors might be worth a shout first.

jay is right all the scrapped fabia's I've seen have been frontal impacts only.
