Rear camber adjustment bolt

Hi guys, went to have my car laser aligned yesterday. Both rear cambers were out, the drivers side was adjusted back down to -1.17. When they came to adjust the passenger side it would adjust, it was at -1.53 before and as he adjusted it down it suddenly jump the opposite way to -3.00!!

The guy adjusting it was the hunter hawk eye rep so he should know what he's doing. He tried it a couple of times more and every time it came down to around -1.50 it was suddenly jump back up to around -2 to -3. Something seems to have gone wrong with the eccentric bolt or bush. Anybody else had this issue????
