Yes the B5 / 5.5 Passat, MKI Superb wheels will fit and should be the correct 205/55/16” tyre, so would some MK5 onwards Golf wheels etc

Is an Octavia 16" 5 stud the same as a superb?

If it's an Octavia 2 or 3, yes. Octavia 1 is 5x100 so it wouldn't fit.

Jonny5ive works down in the Medway area (not far from Maidstone) and commutes back home to Hinkley, he has offered to transport items including wheels before for members.

When i saw that i had a 16 inch wheel in the spare compartment - and my car has 17" wheels - I asked if i could have a "full size". I was told by the dealer that there is no "full size" part number or option - just 16" (Continental SportConnect 2 205 55 R16 - like the part number and description further up the thread) is the biggest they provide (he didn't say I couldn't fit a 17 inch steel spare in there - more that Skoda dont do them). 

 

TBH - I was happy enough that it wasn't one of those really skinny bicycle tyre jobs or a joke of a latex kit. Latex is for contraception and butt exam gloves - not my tyres.
