Can anyone tell me the difference between these 2 locks apart from slight difference in shape?

Apparently they do exactly the same job except different shape. The on more rounded went on older or cheaper models.

I'll fit 2 from a felicia 4 door today & see if they work

They both seem to have identical serial numbers stamped onto them, so in theory should both fit..

Yes Ive just fitted them & they work fine, it seems that the side, cab rear & tailgate all use the same as the car. Here's a pic of the old & a pic of the locks from a 4 door
