Lacquer gone paint perfect underneath can it be removed for re spraying .? Or wrapping ? If do best way to get it off please

I removed mine a couple of years ago to be wrapped. I used a hot air gun / hairdryer to warm up the glue, and use some strong fishing line to gently slice between the spoiler an tail gate. Hope this is any help.

Mine came unglued on 1 side and I just poured boiling water and pushed it upward to remove it completely and planned to use tiger seal to reattach it (was written off before I refitted it)
