Amundsen navi freezes at route planning

Hello people.

As you see, my navi freezes when I try to planning a route. This problem do I get when the maxi-dot is black on the "navigation"-option. On this option it shoud be either a globe or driving directions.

You can also see this times, I can cancel the route planning. Some times I didn't, and then I have to turn off and on the engine to get it to work.

Someone know what this problem is? And what to change? The screen? Or the unit in the glovebox?

I have been to the dealer for several times, but they didn't find something wrong...
