Was just wondering I have the BLT engine in an Ibiza fr tdi. Would either of the turbos from the ASZ engine (early or late fabia vrs pd130) fit? I.e would the Kkk or Borg Warner turbo bolt straight on if currently Garrett and vice versa without modifications?

I'm going through this with my BLT just now. Gt1749 hybrid is going on. Fits straight on with a bit of clocking.

Only prob is EGR pipe won't fit so EGR delete needed. Or darkside will make you a pipe for £££ .

BLT will be KKK if it's original (as all Fabia/Ibiza were from factory).

As said just the EGR is different as your car has a cooler assembly.

Rotating the housing so the pipe points the right way.

XMan750 can supply you with a Garrett turbo on a BLT manifold. That's what I'm running. It wasn't even expensive.

I was fairly sure the asz and blt had slightly different manifolds. Not forgetting the different egr setups.

From pictures manifold and Garrett look identical to my alledged kkk setup?

The ASZ Garrett and KKK manifolds are identical. As mentioned the EGR port is at a different angle on the BLT due to the EGR cooler.
