Skoda Octavia II - Weird Climatronic Behavior

Hi Everyone!

I've been facing a strange behavior with the automatic climatronic.  It works well when you switch ON and the interiors do get cool.  However, as you drive the car continuously for about an hour or more, the cooling seems to drop and there's no air flow from the front vents.  The blowers are functioning fine (as I can hear the blower sound).

This condition remains so until I roll down the windows for a few minutes and then roll them up completely, the air flow from the front vents resume and the cooling is also optimal.  

However, after driving continuously for about another hour or so, the above situation repeats.

I did try a VCDS scan but no errors seen.

Could there be any problem?
