Golf GTi for half a day!

Featured Replies

Further to my 10min rush hour test drive last week, I've been offered a MK5 GTi Golf (manual) for half a day this week! Given my Octy is currently a little worse for wear I cant wait !

Oh believe me man, you're gonna have fun

Lucky sod.Make sure you go to local Skoda dealer (probably Autosales Bilston) and do the same with the vRS.

Not driven either but so far it appears the Octavia is..same mechanicals and materials, put together just as well, bigger and better...but cheaper.

Be honest in the review, though I know you will (think there is a Ford garage in Tamworth so play with an ST too)

How long will they leave it before they geton the phone to the plod saying I've stolen it? I assume by "morning" he meant 9-12 ish? I was thinking of 9-3 ;)

OMG we have seen the video!

Wonder if it will handbrake turn better?

Would be difficult as the Octavia handbrake is useless.
