I have currently HR springs fitted ( I think they may be the more aggresive looking perhaps up to 4mm can send pics if required )

Had them on about 30-40k miles, should be okay condition

Interested to maybe look at swapping for Eibachs will far less drop - and just putting feeler for interest. If interested PM me.

 

Not urgently as I'd have to get off the car will probably swap to standard springs first !
