Guys,

 

I have purchased the Octy A7 sometime in march and i'm running from pillar to post trying to figure out where the service manual for this car is.

So far i've not found it.

Neither the dealer nor the service center is stocking a half decent service manual and when asked they are not even aware if skoda provides a manual or not.. 

The service center folks rely on whatever document they have (which may/may not be given by skoda).

 

Is this the case with everyone out here or am i missing something here?

Service books are no longer supplied to UK Cars, it's all kept on the Skoda Data base and you should recieve a printed copy of all service / warranty work carried out for your reference. I would Imagin Skoda India are using the same system

Depends what you're looking for.

 

As mentioned above, the cars no longer have a paper 'service book' to record date/milage of each service, instead it's all online and called a 'Digital Service Plan' as explained in the owners manual.

 

If you mean a service schedule showing when each service item is due, then I'd look in the owners manual as that should give some detail.
