HP sporting height adjustable fronts?

Managed to get some second hand HP sporting coilovers and I've worked out how the rears are adjustable but the fronts look a bit different.

It has the recesses so I would assume you can move it but can anyone shed some light on the situation?

They have a round snap ring. You have to compress the spring and bit then lift the lower seat up to reveal the snap ring which you just expand slightly with circlip pliers or a couple of screwdrivers then set the ring into whichever groove you want it it at.
