So just spent last 3hrs traveling to Birmingham with a lot of stop start traffic :( parked up left car for about 30 min to pick up daughter. Come back starts up ok and then engine light comes on and misfiring on cylinder 1. I've reset the fault and checked everything where should be and still same fault....

RAC man is called and on his way but any ideas anyone?

Coil Packs faulty? Plugs - but you've just changed those?  Checked the wiring loom plugs into the coil pack are all secure and haven't come loose?

So quick update the coil pack 1 is on last legs. Good old tap and it was working again but is intermittent so I feel a good £100 is gonna be spent tonight buying upgraded ones.....
